I love the look of the CAFE' oven. However, there are a couple of things I wish were improved. For instance, the temperature controls only let you choose preset temperatures. It does not give you the choice of choosing the temperature in 25 degree increments. You get 300,325,350 etc. I like to be able to choose my own temps. Also, the timer isn't very loud. When the cooking time is up, you really have to listen to hear it.

This is my third Cafe convection oven. It performs well, but functionality is limited by the vertical space taken up by the slide out shelves. Effectively, only one shelf at at time is useful for anything but cookie sheets or dishes limited to 2inches in height. Most casserole lids have a raised handle on top which prevents them from use. I preferred the former configuration with one "glide" shelf and two standard shelves. For seniors with dexterity and fingertip sensitivity limitations, the touch controls are a challenge. However, so are knobs for different reasons and the smooth front is great for aesthetic and safety reasons.

I would not recommend that anyone buy a "smart" appliance, but the software on this oven seems particularly lame. As a 75 year old woman who is not terribly tech savvy, I would not feel particularly able to criticize if I had not watched my son in law deal with it. He has a PhD in computer science and was extremely annoyed with the hoops he had to jump through to get all the functions to work. As an oven, it's fine, but it's ridiculous to make anything this hard to set up. I wish I had saved money and bought something easier to use.

Accuracy of the temperature was top on my list. I bought 2 thermometers to test the oven temperature and the internal temperature did not always agree with the 2 thermometers which were always in agreement with each other. But for the most part the Cafe oven temperature was close to the one indicated. The set point for the Cafe oven can only be dialed at 25 degree intervals. Most recipes are in this range anyways. I like the oven lights which clearly illuminate anything on all shelf settings. I like that both oven shelves are pull outs also. I have not had to clean the oven yet and have not used all the functions possible either. However the oven controls are clear and easy to use.

I love that I can air fry and dehydrate with this oven. The pull-out racks are so convenient, and the preset precision cooking settings are so wonderful. It's really nice to have WiFi connectivity (something I didn't think I'd care much for) when it comes to monitoring cooking and controlling the cooking conditions from places other than my kitchen. This appliance really does save time and energy, freeing up my hands and my mind for other things and allowing me to get done so much more than before.

Missing dehydrator spacer

I purchased this oven and love it! However, it did not come with the spacer for dehydrating that it is supposed to. I haven™€™t been able to use the dehydrate function. When I called Cafe, none of the people we spoke to knew what we were talking about, and sent us an incorrect spacer. Can™€™t use the dehydrate function without it. Would love some help!

Love my cafe oven!! Its gorgeous & smart. I can finally get rid of all those extra counter top appliances bc this has it all. Camera to watch food if doing something else, Air fryer, dehydrator, convection, toaster & I especially love the Sabbath setting as we are Sabbath keepers!

I'm doing a full kitchen remodel, and ordered these gorgeous and feature rich Cafe appliances a few months ago. Everything was set to come in September, aside from the Advatium oven which was set for October (after switching from 220V to 120V, which would have been due in March). I have the Advatium, the cooktop, the hood is en route, as is the Espresso Machine and Toaster, yet suddenly this beut is scheduled for January? I'd appreciate help getting it ASAP! Then I can leave a real review. -ordered through Ferguson in Austin TX
