Had to replace the original Monogram unit from 2008 and this one fit like glove. The real beauty was it matched all the other appliances AND I DID™™NT have to relearn everything.

I originally left a negative review for this microwave after it completely stopped working shortly after the warranty expired. I replaced the interlock switch twice, but it still wouldn™™t function. GE™™s initial response was disappointing ™" no service techs in my area and only offers for discounted parts I™™d already tried.
After posting my review, Nancy, a Senior Social Care Advocate with GE, contacted me and arranged for an independent repair technician to fix the unit at no cost. Her involvement turned things around, and I™™m grateful for her attention and commitment to resolving the issue.
While I™™m still concerned about product longevity, I want to give credit where it™™s due. Thank you, Nancy, for taking ownership and making it right.

Well the brand new ge microwave has died one month after the warranty. Guess will be going with a different brand this time. What a piece of garbage. For $1800 I would expect it to last longer than 14 months good grief. Oh yeah and the light gets so hot that the front of the unit is hot to the touch

Two Interlock Switches Later, Still Doesn™™t Work

This microwave/oven combo was expensive and came highly recommended ™" but it completely failed after just over two years. I replaced the interlock switch once, and when that didn™™t work, I replaced it again. Still broken. GE provided no repair support and no tech in my area. Their only solution? A discount on a replacement ™" which I have no interest in, given my experience with their products. Total waste of money.

Love the way it cooks evenly. However I would like to see a different font used in the control display. Example- the numbers for the clock are too close together and too skinny. They're hard to read even close up.

This oven replaced one just like it. We had the old one for 12 years. The new one is just like the old except the new WINDOW FOGS UP WHEN COOKING, INSIDE THE GLASS, NOT INSIDE OVEN. I was told this is normal with the new one. NOT GOOD

This is our second Advantium - the first one lasted for 10 years. We looked around a bit at other products when it came time to replace it, but nothing else seemed to measure up. We love the many features of this oven, and it looks great! Easy to use, once you get accustomed to the buttons. The Speed Cook feature is really nice, and the microwave and oven are great. Highly recommend!

Im giving this product one star because the digital screen was faint then two weeks later it cant be read at all! Now it is past the return/exchange window and I had to call GE to set up a service call in my remote area. The unit cant be used other than a reheat auto setting of 30seconds. Prior to this it cooked on convection and as a microwave beautifully.

This product is awesome! Easy to use and bakes on convection perfectly. The microwave is great. I haven't tried the Speed Cook feature just yet. The only thing I wish it had was the time on display constantly. Maybe when my matching oven finally comes in, it will have this feature. There are a few splatters that are on the stainless interior back wall that still appear even after cleaned. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

Bummed that the handle design changed so it really doesn™™t match the other Profile™™s in my kitchen. It seems flimsy compared to the one I just had. Nothing on it seems durable and my instinct is to treat it very gently. Do the price, it should be more durable than a $30 microwave from. Walmart.

Replaced a 2007 version. It was still working OK, however had to be repaired twice.
New Advantium Wall Oven Model PSB9100SF6SS has many new features.

I am not thrilled with the round concept. It is difficult to store the accessories. I would have preferred the inside to be rectangular. It definitely heats well and it is easy to use once you get started. Recipes come out good, but again, it has been difficult to switch everything to the round model.

This is more than a microwave! It's intuitive controls and settings are great! It is well made and so far has worked to perfection in all the modes. It browns well, thaws better than any previous microwave, warms food by food type and really does that well. It does much more than we have been able to try so far, but we are totally satisfied with this appliance in every respect.

This GE Profile Advantium wall oven/microwave was a direct fit replacement for an original GE Profile microwave that just stopped working but was from 1993! I can only hope to get half the longevity of this unit. Packed with features and functions, I have only had it a month so far. If you have a 27inch available cabinet cutout I would definitely recommend this unit. Only minor gripe would be the sensor cooking is not always accurate and hard to believe at this level of appliance it does not have a wifi feature.

This product is incredibly frustrating. First, the controls are very convoluted (practically the opposite of what is user friendly and intuitive) to cook at the desired settings. Second, if you microwave anything longer than 2 minutes the window fogs up and clears up only after about 30 minutes. Third, the clock doesn™™t permanently display apparently due to some permanent energy conservation feature which is incredibly annoying to constantly see a blank display. The only reason I have to keep this oven is because it™™s the only oven I found that exactly matches my cabinet cavity dimensions. For this amount of money I expected far more quality, my old cheap microwave was vastly superior to this supposed high end product.

I'm in my late seventies and I love the way this oven guides me through each step. There aren't many smart devices that are this easy to navigate. I've had GE Profile appliances since 1994 and I've never regretted it.

We had a GE profile wall oven for 25 years, but much of its use came in the past 10 years it was simpler we like this product very much, although it has taken some effort to become familiar with its function. It would be nice if below the oven there were a pull out tray to store. The mandatory platters were not in use. It would also be nice if the legs of the raised ™grill™ for convection could be collapsed finding storage for that is a pain
