So far my wife loves the new oven. Cooks or bakes food evenly. Temperature is consistent which is a big improvement from our older oven. We have used the air fryer as well. Loving the preheat by WiFi feature as well We did have to buy two additional racks, one for each oven. I think it should have come with 3 racks per oven.

Air fryer feature requires wifi connection to use

This will be the last GE product I ever buy. My wife and I purchased this double oven because it advertised having an air fryer feature. In order to use the air fryer feature, the oven has to connect to my wifi network. I value my privacy and do not wish to connect to the app nor connect my oven to my wifi network. When I called support, they could not explain why my oven needs to connect to wifi to use the air fryer feature, and it leads me to suspect that GE either intends to disable a feature I PAID for remotely or else use its access to my home network for nefarious means. We were misled on this product, and had I known that a wifi connection was required to use the air fryer (there is NO reason an air fryer needs an internet connection to operate), I would have bought something else.

I™€™m not sure how to rate this. The unit looks nice after we finally got it. The installers installed it wrong so we have big gaps on the top side in the bottom side and we have called Costco several times to try and get them to come back out and install it correctly. My husband had to figure out why it was installed incorrectly, which is not his job. We™€™ve yet to hear for our response as to when they can come out and install a property. Super frustrated with my first baking experience with it. I tried to set the timer and it will not allow me to tell it how many minutes to set the timer for. Super frustrating. Another thing that™€™s wrong with it. I don™€™t think installing that property is going to fix the problem with the timer. I find it very hard to toggle around the electronics. I hope that we can get this rectified in a timely manner. But it sure doesn™€™t seem like it.

Required new board upon installation

I would've never recommended this oven to my family if I had known advertised features were software locked and required setting up an phone app with an account and giving the oven access to the internet. All that just to use the air fry feature... If I had bought for myself and found that out, I would have returned it. For my family member that has this oven, I setup and account with a throwaway email, enabled the features through the internet, then fully blocked the oven from accessing the internet or any network devices on their network firewall, and deleted the app.

Bottom oven light keeps flashing and unable to operate. What is worse is the customer service GE has. First, you can't understand the agents you call in to and then the technicians arrive and unable to diagnose the problem and just says we will start here first. Same problem happens the next day (after your 5 hour window) and now you have to wait a week while your oven flashes non stop. Unfortunately, Lennar put this crappy oven in their new builds.

So far this oven has been great! Heats up fast, and maintains a consistent temperature. Being able to preheat through the app is also really helpful for mornings that I bake. The only thing I™€™d improve is the rack mounts. Our Thermador had really solid mounts that allowed for better extending racks. Other than that I have no complaints.

do not buy, under any circumstance ever. No matter what. If all other oven vendors are back ordered just cook over an open fire in your back yard. I cannot emphasize enough now what bad shoddy workmanship these are. A disgrace of an appliance company. Their customer service must be the worst that ever existed. I am a month without my GE profile oven after my 1.5 yr old oven decided to implode its own broiler element mid cooking; nearly burnt down my whole house, a live electrical current winging its way around inside my oven, smoke billowing out. GE customer service agreed to fix, sent engineers one month ago who have ordered the wrong parts 3 times. Yes you heard that right 3. The worst part is that GE outsource to a 3rd party vendor for repairs who literally could not give a crap. You call ™€œcustomer relations™€ they ™€œcan™€™t help™€. How customer relations can get paid to do literally nothing must be studied, are they even human?? Who knows?? Long story short BUY ANYTHING ELSE. ANYTHING.

I love the twin 30" ovens capacity. I controls are easy to understand. I built-in conversion tables are very helpful. The temperature settings fill all the settings I need. Convection cooking function is great for using two racks at one time.

I had an earlier model for over 15 years, and I loved it. It finally died and I needed to replace it so I bought the new model with high expectations. However, sadly this oven falls far short. The capacity of this model is much less than the old one, the old one had 3 racks, and I filled it often. This oven claims it is bigger, however it has two racks and they just fit. So I am confused about how that is possible. I can barely fit all of the food in on a regular basis. It is definitely smaller than the old one. The oven takes a long time to come to temperature. But it does seem to cook well when it finally heats up. I have not noticed any issues with uneven heating. The modes do not always work. I sometimes have issues with the buttons not working. At one time, it was so bad that I needed to flip my breaker to force shut off and restart the oven because none of the buttons worked at all.

So far it is great. The racks hold heavy items without bowing. The racks move smooth enough. The ovens heat effectively and quickly. The only thing is I wish you could put in the temp yourself instead of selecting the closest temperature. I needed A 390 on the air fry setting and it wasn™€™t an option.

I really like my new GE profile double wall oven and I am happy I waited and patiently searched for it to be in stock as there were times this year when it was out of stock. I like all the advanced features, the large time and cooking display, the smoothe roll out shelf, the dual lights, large glass doors, and large interior of both ovens. It is easy to operate, cooks at exact temperatures I set it for.

I just had time to use my new oven for the first time today and I really like it! It™€™s much quieter than my last oven and baked my cookies evenly! I love the bright oversized numbers on the clock, and found setting the temperature and the timer to be very easy.

Timer volume is useless.

The timer volume on these ovens is barely audible even on the highest setting! If there are any other sounds or conversations going on in the kitchen, the timer is useless. This is a brand new appliance, just installed less than a week ago and I™€™ve found others voicing the same concerns online. I never thought that this basic function of an oven should have been something I needed to research more before choosing the appliance.

This double oven is a real attractive appliance. The WiFi controlled is a plus. The one heavy duty sliding rack is great for heavy roasting such as roasting a turkey. Both ovens having convection and air fryer is wonderful. Being able to keep the sliding racks in the oven while self cleaning is another plus.

We love our new double oven. Easy to use, even using the app. It is so quiet when it is cooling down. Cooks food as recipes call for, with our old oven if the recipe said cook 40 min you better take it out at 32 min or it would overcook. We highly recommend this double oven.

The oven seems really great but I'm knocking fully 2 stars off because the installation manual is shockingly horrible. I built the cabinet myself as an experienced woodworker. Many of the dimensions given are contradictory. I tried calling GE's help line and was treated in an extremely rude manor, being told I needed to consult the installation company formthe needed dimensions. The way the oven is built and packaged, even trying to take measurements from the oven itself is extraordinarily difficult. Once the installers got here, even though I was generous in oversizing the opening, we found it was fully 3/16" too short and only exactly as wide as needed. It took me 15+ minutes with a plane and rasp to correct the opening. All I needed was precise dimensions needed for the opening, and how much face framing (minimum) is needed for the flanges. It doesn't help that all versions of all ovens are included in the one manual, and even for the model I have there are no definitions for when a pedestal mount should be used.
