We are mostly happy with the product. It looks great but before installation, we noticed the doors were not fully lined up- they were off center a bit. We filed a report, they came out to fix it but it is still slightly off. We were told to put a shim to fix the problem. Unit works very well it™€™s just Unfortunately. They should have sold as scratch & dent price.

Premium Look but Poorly Executed Software

I've had this oven for almost 3 years now. Like other reviews, the constant clicking while getting to temp is annoying. The wifi connectivity is finicky. Instead of having a software reboot option, have to reset the breaker in the garage. The wifi frequently drops requiring to go through the ENTIRE SETUP PROCESS in the app to reconnect. It has a cooling fan that runs for over 45 minutes after use that is so loud after a meal that we begrudingly have to decide whether baking is worth hearing the noise. When starting the oven, it will sometimes intrusively reboot for an update without any warning - once it comes back online the oven remains off unless you're closely watching, it could be off without noticing. It takes over 15-20 minutes to come up to temp. You cannot set 5* degree increments on the oven unless in the app. I have tried to snap photos of food boxes for the "scan to cook" and their database is always empty. Overall, the execution of GE appliances are poorly done and un-deliver over half of their promised features.

Computerized and sends messages to my phone

My previous GE Profile, double oven had been greatly used over 14 years, and the temps were seriously off, plus the bottom door was not closing tightly. Therefore, it was time to replace. Of course, I again, wanted a GE Profile - my entire kitchen is Profile. This new model is beyond my wildest expectations. Has been here exactly three weeks and I am Loving it. My kids and grand kids are visiting this past week and we have cooked non-stop. Granddaughter said it is the smartest oven she has ever seen. Top oven is also an Air Fryer but I have not tried that yet. Wonderful product and I highly recommend it !!!

We have only had this GE Profile double wall oven in use for a few weeks, but so far it has not disappointed us. We have mostly used the air fry mode, which is fantastic, since I have not used an air fryer for chicken or salmon burgers before having this new oven. So far it seems very user friendly. I did have to download and print the Owner™€™s Manual. I suppose it does save paper not needing this in more than one language, and it was easy to find and print.

Highly recommend this oven for perfect cooking

I waited until I had this oven for 6 months before I wrote my review, since I had read some reviews that reported problems and I wanted to make sure how my double ovens preformed before evaluating them. It cooks perfectly and in this time I have learned how to use the air fry and the precision cooking which is very new to me. To give you a bit of history, I love to cook and have been doing so for many years. Most of my friends feel like they have gone to a restaurant when they come to my home. So, I have many recipes in my repetoire that I have cooked in my new ovens. The biggest difference is the fast time to preheat, or in the airfry and precision cooking where I do not preheat. The temperature probe works fine, even after I used the self clean,(of course I removed the probe and the racks during that process). The racks slide out smoothly, although I did have one that was a bit askew, I used the grapite dust that was given to me in a little bottle during installation and that has fixed the rack. I also have used the app with the camera to keep track of the temperature of the food in my oven and to check on the food, to make sure it is not burning on the edges. This is nice because it gives me more time with my company instead of jumping up to go back to the kitchen and check on the progress of the food. Most importantly, these ovens cook my food just the way I want with even cooking, no hot or cold spots in the oven. I highly recommend you buy these ovens. I do not work for GE nor was I paid for my review.

Love the smart features

As a big fan of smart appliances, I really wanted a smart oven. We installed this ourselves which was a little tricky because of how heavy it was. We ended up using a car jack to lift it up high enough to slide it into the wall cavity. Even though it's a double oven, there's just one set of wires. Connecting the wires was easy. Once we got it installed,, we integrated this into Home Assistant and the functionality works great. We can pre-heat the oven remotely and turn it off from anywhere if we accidentally leave it on. We often start pre-heating the oven on the way home from the grocery store. The only bad thing is that it did trip the breaker one time when we had both the top and bottom oven on at the same time.

Cooks cornbread evenly every time!

I purchased my GE Profile double ovens a few months ago for our new house and love them! Aesthetically - they are beautiful and the display is sharp and user friendly. I haven™€™t cooked a whole lot yet but my cornbread is done in 25 mins sharp and is cooked all the way through no soggy middle. All the other ovens I™€™ve used take 30-40 mins to cook my cornbread all the way through and by then it™€™s dried out. So I™€™m very happy so far. The only thing I would change is to be able to turn the display off completely at nighttime because it™€™s kinda bright and my bedroom is across from the kitchen so I can see the glow coming from the display.

Where to start?! The camera feature allows us to keep an eye on our cupcakes or rolls without having to be in the same room. The smart technology allows us to turn the oven on using voice control and Alexa. The no preheat air fry cuts cooking time in half and food comes out evenly cooked and delicious! I also love the new pull out wrack design; it allows me to gently glide a cheesecake in a water bath, into the oven with ease and no spilling. Then there's the steam cleaning feature!!!! So easy to use and efficient! This is easily the best purchase I have ever made!

The soft close doors are a dream, the ones racks pull out with ease, the in oven camera helps you keep an eye on your food so it doesn™€™t burn, the meat prob allows for the perfectly cooked protein every time, air frying without waiting for the preheat is a total time saver, it™€™s the ultimate smart oven! The control panel could be better. It turns on both oven lights at the same time. There's no feature to just do one or the other. Turning the timer off has been difficult and the sound is way to low. You only hear it go off if you are in the same room. The sliding racks move very roughly. Need some smoothing out. We replaced a Monogram Series with the Profile Series and wish we had stayed with the Monagram.

I purchased this oven to replace an order GE wall oven. I previously owned a bakery and I wanted a true convection so I could continue making the items I used to sell in my bakery. When set to multi rack convection it seems to cook the way my commercial ovens did. The oven cooks evenly so I don't have to rotate the items I'm baking. I an not a fan of air frying but I tried the air fryer setting and it worked reasonably well, although deep frying produces a better tasting product. Overall I'm very pleased with the oven.

Avoid the self cleaning function

We love the wifi feature. This allows us to preheat the oven on our way home. The only two reasons why i wont give it 5 stars are the Never scrub heavy duty racks do not glide smoothly, and after our first self clean run the temperature props do not work anymore, which makes the "Precision Cooking" function completely useless. With a very limited 1 year warranty, none of this is covered anymore.

Very nice double oven. Actually, stopped working on Thanksgiving day when I turned on lower oven to air-fry potatoes. Touch screen turned white. The turkey was half done and I couldn™€™t get any support from GE due to holidays. Thanks God we decided to reset circuit in electric box and it started! I missed trouble shooting menu in the manual or some easy quick recepies to start. Otherwise I am very happy and I am cooking a lot since I got it. I like convect feature.

It has been shear joy using this oven. I love having the different options for cooking things and the touch screen is very easy to use and set quickly. The operation of the oven is excellent. The only downside of anything that I've encountered, is that is does take a while to pre-heat the normal use oven and if you don't actively have the smart app open and running, then you'll get severely delayed notifications - like by several minutes.

Wi-Fi connection

We haven™€™t had the wall oven long enough to write a full review. So far the oven seems to work fine after we had to have a tech person connect the oven to Wi-Fi. It is much to difficult to connect the Wi-Fi. Also we see no reason all of feature can™€™t be used without the Wi-Fi! We really don™€™t want to use a smart phone to work the oven. We have a Wi-Fi connection but there are places that do not have access to the internet or Wi-Fi. This is not a good feature with the oven. If we had known all the oven™€™s features can only be used with the internet we would not have purchased this oven. We do like the sliding racks. So far whatever we have made in the oven has been good.

We haven™€™t had the oven long enough to write a complete review. Right now we feel connecting to the internet was to difficult. Also we feel it shouldn™€™t be necessary to be connected to use the convention roast and other features! Many people do not have access to the internet.

This is the most amazing over I have ever used. I actually enjoy being in the kitchen and cooking and baking. The advanced technology is impressive. Having a double oven is a huge perk, but the clean, techs advantage makes all the difference. I am so impressed and thrilled with this purchase!

Ordered thru Home Depot. It became obvious that the oven had not gone thru final inspection by GE. Our installer found a 'final inspection' sheet with the oven that he had never seen before in 20 years of installing GE ovens (with nothing checked off). The front panel was hanging loose, without screws, the fan made a thumping noise, the camera doesn't work. Had to call GE service to fix the thumping fan, but he was unable to fix the camera. We used the oven about 6 times for regular baking and broiling. After only those few uses, the oven glass became very dirty and following the cleaning directions does not get the glass clean. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pre-heat takes a long time; as does the cool down. Our previous wall oven did not blow hot air into the kitchen - this one does thru a vent at the bottom! Will make summer baking/broiling uncomfortable. Overall, this double oven was not worth the price we paid. Its performance is very disappointing.

Fantastic oven. Both ovens are huge. Amazing features. Bakes beautifully, easy to use. Camera in oven to check on food. Air fryer, convection, so many things. On top of that even the timer is special. Beeps with one minute to go so you are ready.

Love the looks and features of these ovens, but haven™€™t used all the features. This is partly because our Wi-Fi service is limited in our rural area. As far as cooking features, adjustability of the racks, and performance of the ovens we are well pleased.

We bought top and bottom wall ovens. They are great when working. Having a problem with the lower oven turning off and sending an error code. Will review further once that has been resolved.
