Not impressed with it The bottom rack doesnt hold anything smaller so have way too much to put in the top rack If I put a 10 x 15 pan in have to take out the silverware rack and use the ones from my former dishwasher. Need to have 2 separate racks so they can be moved around. Im about ready to get the bottom rack from my former one so I can get more in the bottom Top rack isnt as convenient either plus it thinks it knows what I want it to do and sits there and beeps. Have to wait until it quits and then start over to set it

This is the second LG dishwasher I have purchased. I have loved them both. The new one is just as efficient and both have gotten my dishes cleaner than any other dishwasher Ive owned. I also like the Turbo mode. It washes dishes fast and clean.

I thought there was no dishwasher better than Bosch until I bought my LG. Starting with price and then finding out what a great job it does at delivering sparkling clean dishes. Its quiet and Im not experiencing the odor that I and other Bosch owners complained about.

We bought this dishwasher sight unseen from a home retailer online while quarantining. Since we already had a couple of years of experience with an LG washer and dryer we made this purchase with confidence that the dishwasher would be of similarly high quality and with attention to customer needs. The dishwasher is exceptionally quiet and cleans even a full load very well. The electronic controls are easy to use and though it may seem complicated to set up the dishwasher remembers the previous setting so you really only have to do it once if you always wash the same way. We especially like the adjustable-height top rack which you can put in the lower position to accommodate tall glasses or mixing bowls then raise to let you put tall cutting boards in the lower rack. Its performed flawlessly for over 6 months and we expect many more years of good service.

It seems the computer in this machine has a hard time keeping up with the demand of the machine. It is a very nice machine that is used friendly but it seems to have some issues with the computer

I have had this dishwasher less than a year and have had to call for repairs twice. We have had to replace multiple parts including the electronic board already. It also chimes a lot but the reasons for the chimes are not explained in the manual.

Loving my new LG dishwasher its quiet and my glasses come out amazing. The express wash is 34min in dishwashers terms this is amazing. I read in the reviews the dishes remain wet. My solution: I wash my dishes in the evening usually when the cycle is finished I open the door about 2 inches letting out the heat and steam. The dishes air dry perfectly in about 10 to 15 min. Highly recommended this product. Easy to install and couldnt be happier.

I bought this dishwasher over a year ago and it has done everything I asked of it. I finally figured out how to download different cycles and can now customize my wash cycles. After a year I had an issue with the lower rack clips that hold the adjustable prongs. I emailed them and 24 hours later received an answer. I had to call to get a service order number so I could email the information they requested in the phone call. I would have thought they would issue a service order number in their email response. I am now waiting on the replacement parts. Other than the clips on the adjustable racks the dishwasher is everything I could ask for and am satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased this dishwasher about one month ago. I like it. It is easy to use. The dishes and glasses stack nicely in the racks. The dishes and glasses come out clean with no spots on them. I like that it lets me know when I turn it on and when it is done cleaning.

I love this dishwasher It cleans dishes that I never thought a dishwasher could get clean without pre-washing by hand It is the only dishwasher that I have ever owned that actually dries the dishes. I love that the top rack adjusts up and down and both racks adjust for larger dishes. The only downside that I have encountered is that it gets accidentally turned on when it gets leaned against but it doesnt start running so thats not that big of a deal.

I had a problem finding a dishwasher that would fit in the space provided in my kitchen. At the suggestions of two of the delivery drivers I had to have a small portion of my floor cut away to allow the old dishwasher to be removed and the new one put in. I wasnt happy about that but it was necessary and the cut out portion is covered up. The new dishwasher fits perfectly and looks very nice and its super quiet

I bought this unit about a month ago and I really love how quiet it is. I cant hardly tell its running. The racks are awesome with adjustability to put larger dishes in. Its also nice to have the turbo mode to bust out a couple loads and still have the energy saving standard cycles as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Just got this dishwasher and love it so far. I suggest that when producing a white product that you include a white kick plate and not a black one. My kitchen cupboard bottoms are white so it doesnt look as well as it could. I want to remove the 10 year warranty sticker so chatted with you that is until your Customer service supervisor hung up on me in the chat. Why in the world would you put a 10 year warranty sticker on an appliance that you tell me not to remove??? Its ugly and I dont want to advertise my product warranty to guests in my kitchen. I have a receipt for purchase and although your chat supervisor didnt answer my question I assume I have to also register it with your company. So I have a nice new dishwasher and I already know that your customer service doesnt care about me on my first week of ownership.

So far I am happy with my dishwasher which is so quiet compared to my old unit. I am not keen on the cutlery baskets. My old washer had a separate long basket for carving knives etc. So I had to purchase a plastic basket and punch holes in bottom for drainage.

Unfortunately on the second load we washed after having the dishwasher 2 weeks it is defective Water is leaking from the top left hand corner under the factory glued insulation. Waiting a week now for the retailer to get another in to exchange it. Hope that this is an exception and not the rule of how well it is made

I got an LG dishwasher 8 months ago from Costco. Three months later the motor burned out. It took 6 weeks until the warranty had it repaired. Last week it quit working displaying an error. We reset the breaker for 24 hours and started to work again. Yesterday broke down again one more time. LG Corp declines to replace it or refund the money. This is a new product and broke 4 times in the first 6 months. Please DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID PURCHASING LG PRODUCTS.

this is our third week since installation only regret I have is that there is no secure place for glasses to keep them from moving around have been using other pieces to keep them in place but miss my stem holder that I had on the previous dishwasher.

I received this dishwasher on 10/17/18. It has only worked twice. I am still waiting for the appliance repairman LG recommended. It has so many different cycles and options and the instructions are not clear at all.

When we had our kitchen remodeled we also replaced an older yet semi-functional dishwasher. After pouring over professional as well as user reviews we settled on LGs - LDF5545WW. That selection was definitely the right one Yes there are other brands known to be slightly quieter we can hardly hear this one running when standing next to it so why would we pay more for an even lower Sound Level?
The stainless steel tub is definitely a plus The only caution wed give is to invest in the rinse aid as suggested in the instructions. Without that copious water remains on the dishes and you get spots galore.
We would and have definitely recommend both the brand and this particular model to both friends and family We are most definitely happy owners of the LG - LDF5545
