Burning everything. Burners wont cycle off.

Ordered and received 11/2024. Worked fine for a month. Now burners stay on high no matter what setting the knob is on. Oven is burning everything. PIA to get help online. Been al.ost a month since I sent a repair request. Parts are supposed to be on order. 7 new parts on 2 month old stove.

I bought all new Samsung appliances in 2018 when we moved in our house. All of them died within 5 years and the black stainless on the stove peeled off in a year . The I emaker never worked so we tried LG on all our applthis time and the difference is amazing . They work great clean up good and the features are much better and at a lower price too Great product Five stars

I got the oven and LG fridge at same time back in April 2024. I love the fridge.. I hate this oven. The controls are downright dangerous. I had seen a review about them by another but had already ordered it and thought it probably would be fine. I must lock out the controls by holding down the control button for about 5 seconds immediately after i have used the oven to cook. Its an incredible annoyance. However we had two close calls accidentally turning on the stovetop by brushing next to it and having something plastic / or food near the burner that was off and finding it melting. I know... dont put anything down on burner. When cooking with multiple items going on frequently the stovetop is used for a spoon or it gets a dusting of food etc. It just happens. So in 4 months thats where we are. Also the oven wants to cook always at a certain convection temperature and makes it a pain to change it. It is not intuitive. I hate it and would return it if I could.

Product seems to work okay. One major problem exists for both myself and wife. The knobs on the the black stainless model are unreadable in average light. the numbers on knob are not bright enough forcing us to bend over many times to ensure right heat range. The model we looked at in store was the 6333f pure stainless and these knobs are bright chrome with black numbers. this is what we expected for 80 year old eyes. hopefully we can get these knobs from LG.

This oven range is about a year old. Already the front Left burner doesnt adjust and stays on high. The left rear burner has fallen down and now sitting at a 45 degree angle. Called LG and they dont want to take care of the issues. Recommend another brand.

We have used this stove for a few months now and working great. You do have to watch turning on the stove by accident though. It doesnt take much to turn on the stove top by bumping it and not knowing it. The knobs should be just a little harder to turn on. Good thing there is a lock feature so you can lock the controls to stop this from happening. Other than that we love it. Heats up fast. You can control the temperature very well. One thing we were thinking was that the oven racks would slide out easier being new but they still dont slide very well. Our old one was like 30 years old and racks were not easy to work with because we thought it was because we used the self cleaning feature with the rack in place which is a not recommended. Oven temperature seems to be right on and working well.

I must say since I purchased this oven it has been absolutely a horror story and it has not been even a year. I reported a problem with my oven 12/26/23 have called LG support multiple times and given multiple reference numbers promised the issue would be escalated and here we are today 1/20/24 still no resolution I have been weeks with put the use of my oven due to paint appears to be chipped/ faded from the use of the self cleaning option. LG support is the absolute worst Truly consider before purchasing because you will be out a couple thousand dollars as they leave you on your own to figure it out Worst support and appliance ever ***Stay away from LG*** extremely dissatisfied faithful customer
