If I could give them -5 stars I would. I purchased a unit on 9/7/24 that was supposed to be delivered 9/14/24. I called 9/13 to verify that I was still going to get my unit and a possibly time of delivery. The unit was delayed from LG they said and that it would be the following week. The local delivery service was supposed to contact me. Following Monday 9/17 I called LG back asking when the unit was going to be delivered. They responded that the local delivery service would call me I asked for the delivery service contact information. Called the delivery service and they state they dont have my unit. Call LG back and they claim it was delivered on 9/12/24 which WOULD have made the 9/14/24 home delivery possible. Call the delivery service back and state that LG claims it was delivered. They do a dock search for the unit claim its not there. Call LG back and state they cant find it and say it hasnt been delivered. LG calls them to request another dock search still no unit found. Been on the phone with both companies for 5 days and no resolution. Finally got ahold of a service manager Eleanor today 9/20/24 for LG and even after the complete story was shared requested another dock search from the delivery service. I still do not have my unit which I need because mine is broken and the best answer I could get was I will need to wait until 9/26/24 for an update. IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM THE UNIT IS LOST. You ship me another unit and then figure out what happen to the first one after the fact between the two companies. I am a paying customer and it should not be my issue to have to wait on your investigation before I receive a product I paid for.

I called and was told another part was needed. 2 weeks later now still no repair scheduled. No communication except my pleading for help. Going to the laundromat twice a week. Poor product worse service

We bought the washer about nine months ago. It proved to be the best washer we have ever had. The tub is large enough to handle anything my wife puts in it and it completes the wash in a timely manner. Unfortunately the hurricane we had last month caused it to stop working but LG Electronics is trying to work with us to get it repaired under warranty. We miss having the use of it very much and cant wait for the repair to be completed.

I bought my washing machine from Home Depot. It is an upgrade from what I had before a Sg. It cleans great it actually connects to the internet to help give you know settings and check for updates for the washer. You can also download new cleaning settings that is not originaly on the washer.

Lacking the button to select the water level size. Since this is a smart washer it measures your load somehow yet it never gets all the clothes wet. You will have clothing or other items never even get a splash of water unless you use the bedding or deep wash cycle etcwhich seems dumb. Clothes dont come out smelling clean and sometimes still with spots. definitely didnt consider the water level when buying this machine I wish I could return and get an old school dumb one.

Taking your clothes down to a river and beating them against a rock would be more efficient and your clothes come out cleaner than using this washer. You have to wash everything on deep wash or you will not have enough water to actually wash the clothes. Even when you do use deep wash the clothes that are on top never get cleaned because the 4 way agitation doesnt actually do anything other than gently swirl the water around and the clothes on top dont get pulled under the water.There isnt any actual agitation going on. This machine also takes a long time to actually wash a load partially because it will spin and try to sense the load size for 10 minutes before even beginning to fill with water. I have never in my life thought I would despise a household appliance but thank you LG for making that happen.

I would give this machine zero stars if I could. They are nothing but trouble - washer and dryer. The washer tears clothes and is extrmely rough on thicker fabrics as well. If you use a lower setting lower lower spin or cold water it doesnt actually clean. The dryer stopped working after about 4 weeks. We go it going again. Next the detergent dispenser wouldnt drain properly I texted LG and they sent me new parts but come on. They put a cheap piece of plastic in the part of the machine that gets slid in and out constantly. There are a number of complaints about this model regarding the tray and its $50 to replace it. I expect this will break again and I will have to get another part sent to me. Terrible customer servicec We contacted LG and had a tech come out we were basically told go get a refund from Home Depot which Home Depot refused to do. Huge waste of time and money. I dont know how LG washers and dryers have a great reputation. Also when I called Home Despot one of their reps admitted they were getting a lot of complaints about the washer and dryers in the set.

I had it 20 years though so it served us well. This washer is quiet and efficient. I bought this two weeks ago. The drum doesnt fill with enough water so clothes dont even get wet. Then the agitator doesnt move enough water through the clothes to get them clean. The washer ruined a pair of shorts and two of my wifes jackets. The company said to use the deep wash feature. Why should I on a small load? The tech came out and said there was something wrong with the machine but the company wont honor the warranty. Home depot wont do anything either. Dont buy anything LG

I bought this a year ago. Worked great lots of features. Large capacity. Everything was great until it stopped spinning out. I went to Lowes they gave me 800 numbers. Filled out the email form. Said would get ahold of me in 2 days. Nothing happen. Refilled out form nothing happened. Went back to Lowes they called LG direct. Said someone be there on Friday between 8 to 5. Around 2pm said they show on Monday. Showed up at 8am. He ordered parts. Said 2 weeks to get. So in the mean time its been 3 weeks with no washer. Already several trips to the laundry mat. I expect at least 2 more weeks before repaired. It shouldnt be this hard to get ahold of LG. A $1100 washer shouldnt break down less than a year old. I bought LG because a friend of mine was a appliance repair man of 50 years Said LG was the best. Glad I bought the 3 year warranty

Ive had enough of trying to wash and rinse clothes with too little water and I always rinse each load twice with my last machine. Its very nice so far. Its quiet and seems to wash well but it would be nice to have a selection for the water fill amount that could over-ride the sensing feature. I like the large stainless steel tub although its set-up for liquid detergent while i have been using dissolvable sheets of detergent. It has a bunch of wash selections that Ill probably never use but most males only need a run/ stop button anyway lol. Lg is rated highly with consumer reports and this washer is another reason why. Overall its better then i expected and im sure its going to last for years. Its funny though how when you get older you can get so excited by a washer and dryer.

This is the 2nd LG washer in a row that we have purchased that has this issue. After about 9 to 12 months of use little black specs come out from the bottom of the washer and end up smearing all over our cloths. We use minimal detergents and tub clean regularly. It is ridiculous that a protect is supposed to clean your cloths actually ruins them. We bought the 2nd washer because we figured the 1st LG may have been an outlier. Unfortunately it seems to be a problem You can expect from an LG washer.

I am happy with my new LG washer. It is very technologically driven. Even though I gave it a rating of 5stars it does warrant a 4.5Stars. I do wish that the agitation had a lot more constant action and agitation to it. I think that would give the clothes a better washing. It stops a lot to readjust the weight of the load and then starts to agitate again. Ive only had it about a month now and I am still checking out some of the features.

We bought our washer about a month ago and love how well it cleans our cloth. Its also much quieter than our previous washer. However we are very disappointed it will not work with our wifi/5G iPhone no matter how much tried to set it up.

I have had this about a month it does ok but it doesnt cover the clothes with water it just gets them wet thru agitation. I know this is a HE unit and conserves water but even selecting extra deep water doesnt cover the clothes it just gets them wet. I prefer the old units that cover the clothes

Works great. Doesnt vibrate. Gets cloths clean with option for second rinse for those sensitive to chemicals. Has large capacity. Easy figuring out how to use it.

No one would as answer my issues then I was sent over to someone else that asked me if he could help what wrong I started speaking next thing I know I had been hung up on a lady recording voice said I was 8th in line it could be white no one came on so I hung up. So now I am without a washing machine dont have the money to buy another one. I reached out back in February when it 1st began got no where I had someone to come out only to be told he couldnt figure out what the code meant now my warranty has run out. I bought the washer on March 3rd I reached out to you back in February no one got back with me.

I love this LG washer. It has all the features Ive wanted. A nice surprise is how quiet the machine is as it agitates. My clothes come out as clean as I could ever want in less time than my old washer. I love the lovely chime at the end of a load it reminds me in a delightful way that I have clean clothes awaiting.

I love the washer It is a large capacity. The tub is very spacious. It cleans my clothes well. The water level is better than with the impeller. I bought the agitator. I had an impeller which didnt clean my clothes as well. It has many different functions and cleaning levels.

My experience has been awful with LG. The wash machine does not get clothes clean at all. I have tried every setting. I contacted LG customer service to ask for a credit or refund. It took them over two months to tell me I didnt qualify for any compensation. So now Im stuck with $800 washer that doesnt get clothes clean and Im going to have to purchase a different washer that actually washes. I left a review on Lowes website where I purchased the washer as well. LG responded with a link on tips to try but they know their product is awful and thats there way of making it seem like they actually did something. Im so frustrated and will never buy LG again.

I recently purchased my washer and Im so glad I went back to the Agitator. My first load of wash and I immediately noticed a difference in how well the machine performed and cleaned our clothes. My favorite part With the control settings you can do a quick wash in 30 minutes. I was so tired of loads taking an hour plus with my old washer. I feel like a free womanwhat will I do with my extra time?

If I could give this washer zero stars I definitely would and if also give customer service zero stars. The washer itself does not get our clothes clean. I contacted customer service months ago and they have been friendly but very slow to respond. It took them two months to tell me they cant do anything to rectify the washer that doesnt wash. So now I have an $800 hunk of metal and I have to buy a new washer that actually works. I will not buy LG ever again
